Richie with his photography and editing talents made it look much more epic and violent than it actually was. All the "weapons" were made of rubber and there was a "goon squad" that acted as security and separated people when things got heated up.
I just don't want to see people start smashing each other's heads with baseball bats because that's how they do it in Portland. What happened in Portland was pretty harmless and goofy. What you watch on vimeo is just a movie. Epic movie but a movie.
