Hey I need a room west or east side, preferably west, for January. Looking to pay <$650 but could do more if the place is right. I dont have much stuff, so I could do a shared situation but would prefer a single.

Also if anyone has a roof/backyard that they wouldnt mind me camping on that would be even better. I dont shower that often and spend most of my time on the street and would provide some cash for your troubles.
